Consider the following points:
2 (two) points for transmission quality.
If there is disruption, then give NEGATIVE MARKING.
2 (two) points for production quality;
that means how the RJs and presenters are handling the console.
Hear - whether there is there any gap between music, words spoken, commercials, and the jingle.
Hear - whether the RJ doing a music show, cuts in between the song to say anything. GIVE
NEGATIVE MARKS FOR ALL OF THAT.
2 (two) points for the RJ / presenter's pronunciation.
Hear - whether the RJ is trying to copy any accent or is the accent natural.
For example
GIVE NEGATIVE MARKING IF THE RJ SAYS WRONG WORDS LIKE "MHTZ" to refer 'MegaHertz.'
OR
A presenter is mispronouncing Bengali words etc.
2 (two) points for the substance ( words and music ) aired.
1 (one) point for the timing of the programme.
1 (one) point for the language balance of the station.
If the station airs too much of one language then GIVE NEGATIVE MARKING.
GIVE FULL MARKS IF THE STATION EQUALLY DIVIDES BETWEEN BENGALI, HINDI AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE
BROADCAST.
